Twelfth Annual Staple Independent Media ExpoMarch 5-6 Show Hours 11am-6pm at the Marchesa Hall and Theater, 6226 Middle Fiskville Road, Austin, Texas Looking forward to a great showing.  I received a lot of great feedback on my lino block prints today, and looking forward to a productive tomorrow.
 I had a successful two days at the STAPLE Independent Media Expo, I received allot of good feed back from shows goers. My "Jazz Prints" were a hit.
My acrylic painting titled, "Timeout" was accepted into the Plano Art Association 2014 Anniversary October Exhibition. The theme of the exhibition is "Politically Incorrect: Not What You'd Expect". 
I have four pieces in the Plano Art Association 7th Multicultural Art Exhibition at the Courtyard Theater. The exhibition goes from September 18th to October 18th, 2014. The Courtyard Theater is located at 1509 Ave. H, Plano, Texas 75074. The Courtyard Theater hours are from 10:00 am -4:00pm Monday thru Sunday.  One my linoleum prints "Grandpa" won an award at the Artist 'Round Texas-A.R.T. 12th Annual Small Works Juried Art Show, May 2014. The exhibition was held at the Rowlett Public Library located in Rowlett, TX. My acrylic painting "Uncle Joe", was accepted into the "Plano Art Association 125 9th Annual Juried Show". The exhibition was open to all artist within 125 miles of Plano, Texas.
The exhibition is from April 28th - May 17th, 2014 at "The Arts Gallery" located at the Collin County Community College, Spring Creek Campus, Room A175, 2800 East Spring Creek Parkway, Plano, Texas 75074. Gallery Hours: Mon: 9:00am-5:00pm, Tues-Thurs: 9:00am-8:00pm, Fri & Sat: 9:00am-2:00pm, Sun: Closed. Call the gallery at 972-881-5873 for additional information. 
I have a few lino block prints in the Plano Art Association "Black History Exhibit" at the Plano Art Association Gallery located at 1013 15th Place, Suite 105, Plano, Texas 75074.  I have seven linoleum block prints in the "imPRess" juried printmaking exhibit in the Frisco Art Gallery, located at the Frisco Discovery Center, 8004 North Dallas Parkway, Frisco, Texas 75034.
The exhibition runs from January 7-31.Gallery hours are 9:00am-5:00pm. Plano Art Association and the Plano International festival are collaborating with the Multicultural ART EXHIBIT at the Plano Courtyard Theater located in Plano, Texas from September 18th to October 18th, 2013. Two of my acrylic paintings, "Bass" and "Blocks" are in the exhibition.   |
